B-ABLE aims to mitigate the lack of a hands-on approach to skill training and hence the services are provided in cooperation with different stakeholders and addresses different needs, offering government, school, corporate and informal/unorganized sector programs; targeting below poverty line youth, school drop outs, women, minorities and other marginalized communities.
The organization undertakes industry needs-assessment pre-training and delivers tailored programs on theoretical and practical skills. The combination of practical based training and theory is an efficient way of delivering quality training. The training curriculum includes domain technical skills, soft and life skills, financial and digital literacy and micro-entrepreneurial development skills. The training programs are designed to enhance theoretical knowledge while providing hands-on experience to equip the candidates with the required skill set.
B-ABLE conducts On the Job Training programs for the candidates to obtain effective professional exposure to the job market. The program helps the candidates to acquire appropriate skills and develop the confidence before stepping into the job market.
