Rural Electrification Corporation Limited-Corporate Social Responsibility

Rural Electrification Corporation Limited “RECL”, in discharge of its obligation towards Corporate Social Responsibility under Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, has agreed to contribute funds to National Skill Development Fund (hereinafter called “NSDF”) to be used and utilised interalia for the purposes of implementation of “Imparting Skill Development training to 6850 Indian youths and women in various locations across India through the skilling partners of NSDC”.

B-ABLE as the first partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) a Ministry of Finance Initiative have entered into Memorandum of Understanding dated 22nd July 2016 with NSDC to impart training to 1230 youths in courses like General Duty Assistant, Associate Customer Care (Non Voice), Trainee Associate, Food & Beverage Service-Steward, Assistant Electrician, Domestic Data Entry Operator, Welding Technician and CNC Operator-Turning in Allahabad, Bijnor, Bulandshehar, East Singhbhum, Hapur, Kanpur, Lalitpur, Lucknow and Meerut districts.

B-ABLE has trained 270 youths and placed 66 youths in companies like Food World Super Markets, Kilkari Hospital, Youth Academy, Swadesh Infosystems etc.
