OM HARI contacted BASIX Academy for Building Lifelong Employability after learning that there was a CNC training available at B-ABLE Opsan Angira Centre, a renowned CNC Centre in NCR region with recommendable training and placement record. Om from Vill- Mundera, District Kushinagar (U.P.) had a small shop there, from which he earned his livelihood. After completing this 60 days training from B-ABLE he initially started earning from 7500/- pm  now getting 12000+. Presently he is working as Machining Asst. at Munjal Showa Ltd. Manesar. Om is so pleased and thankful for the training which he had attained via B-ABLE. He expressed, ‘This CNC training gave a great hike to my income and now I am able to invest in savings also. I am taking better care of my child and suggesting my other friends too to take this training from B-able Opsan Angira CNC Training Centre Panchgaon Manesar’. The centre is achieving 100% placement record from last two years. Candidates here get free training, lodging and placement. This is a CSR program funded by Nalanda Foundation. Candidates get mobilized from diverse states like Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttrakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi NCR and more to pursue this two months course. A hardworking team comprises of core persons Mr.Naresh Kumar-Centre Manager, Mr. Kuldeep Singh-Project Manager and Mr. Bhagwan Pandey-Project Co-ordinator works for the success of this project and creating livelihood for others.
Anand, after facing very hard time now moving it with great poise & enthusiasm. He got to know about this program through a mobilizer. He was trained by B-ABLE and provided with the necessary tool kits, promotional material and branded products for setting up an enterprise by 2.5 NVG. She was also provided on the Job training by B-ABLE. During the initial period she faced some start up challenges in the business but after a couple of months things started moving at a smoother pace. He feels very happy to be an independent working woman. At present, her monthly earning is about Rs 10,000-12,000 with which he supports her family.
Asad is a small town boy from Khatakheri village of district Uttarakhand. His father is an auto rickshaw driver at Roorkee and average monthly income is 7000. He has three siblings younger to him. Whole family was reliant on his father’s income. It was quite hard to survive for the whole family with this income. To support his family Asad left his education and worked as a helper with BMW vendor and earned Rs. 4500 for eight hours. He had to support his family with this income and self also. He came to know about scheme through his cousin who is working at Delhi and subsequently he joined the course. Initially he got placement at Ask Automobiles then he approached B-ABLE to find another job for him. To help Asad, B-Able with its efforts has made another employment available to him. His communication and interview skills were not up to the mark. B-ABLE has trained him and incorporated him with the interview skills and techniques and made him clear the job interview. After his successful training Md. Asad is now well placed as CNC operator/machine technician in Kapros at Bhiwadi and earning around 12,000 rupees per month. To offer a surprise gift of twenty thousand rupees to his father on this EID he has started saving the amount with the help of his present earnings. His savings will surely be a great help to the family.
Life was never easy for Nitin but his commitment to support his family has made him successful today. Nitin belongs to Sohagpur village in Madhya Pradesh. His father is a retired workman and earns on an average 6000/- rupees per month as daily wages to run his family of six. After passing out his 12th standard, Nitin had been working as a helper in unorganized sector, earning an average of Rs. 4000/- per month. He came to know about PMKVY Scheme through his friend and without giving a second thought, joined the course. The training under the Scheme was free of cost which offered stability on successful completion of the course and placement. Initially he was placed at ASK Automotive, Karsanpura with a salary of Rs. 8000 and soon with a hike joined as CNC Operator at Shining Engineering Foundry in Rajkot with 12,000 salary. As the only member of his family who has steady earnings, he sends approx. Rs. 7000/- to his father every month after receiving his salary. His income is the biggest help for the family now.
